Raízen presents an extrajudicial recovery plan for debt of $64.7 billion

Raízen submitted, on Friday (5), to the 3rd Court of Bankruptcy and Judicial Reorganization of the District of São Paulo, the Extrajudicial Reorganization Plan to restructure the company's debt of $64.7 billion. Through the publication of a Material Fact, the company announced the adhesion of 75.45% of the creditors to the plan, as had already advanced the calculation of Estadão/Broadcast.
